The Moorefield Hospitality Services- A WV Career and Technical Education-Simulated Workplace Company will open the café with exceptional customer service supported by your generosity and the support of the following: ($25,000 WVDE-CTE Program Modernization Grant-Equipment) ($25,000 EPIC Grant-Micro Café Construction of Building) ($50,000 WVDEP/LED Grant-Site Prep and Utilities Development) ($5,000 LED Grant-Micro Café Materials Storage Facility) ($2,000 WVHUB Grant-Signage for Micro Café and Business Park) ($2,000 WVHUB Grant-FCCLA Pocket for Micro Café Outdoor Event Space) During 2019-20, the Moorefield Hospitality Services will meet and exceed last year's economic impact of $632,947.86 with the opening of the Yellow Jacket Café. The following is a summary of the 2018-19 impact totals : Student Engagement-CTSO Total Economic Value: $145,522.86 Moorefield High School Hospitality Services Events: $378,425.00 Moorefield High School Hospitality Services Grants: $109,000.00 Your DONATION to the Yellow Jacket Café - Coffee House and Bakery Customer Seating will bring the Café customers, customers that will stay and enjoy our student crafted drinks and bakery items, customers who will order items to take with them!
