These materials will make a huge difference in the lives of my students. Students will be able to laugh and socialize with their peers, think abstractly as they reason through logic puzzles, and work collaboratively with one another while building with legos. The games, puzzles, and stem activities included in this project address various learning styles and will provide students with choice for a stress-free morning. These activities encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem solving. My hope for this project is to provide my students with the excitement of the opportunity to collaborate with peers in a way that is enjoyable for them. Not only do these activities promote the development of 21st century skills, it also will help students develop their social and emotional skills such as relationship building, responsibility, self-awareness, social awareness and more.
