I will use the dumbbell set as a fitness station for my athletes. When the athletes get to this station, there will be a list of workouts for them to complete. The workout will have an explanation of what muscles are being exercised. The students will learn that dumbbells can help them work out their shoulders, biceps, triceps, chest, and legs. By using a variety of dumbbells weights, the students will be able to start with a lightweight and slowly progress to a more challenging weight. They will feel themselves getting stronger and become more knowledgeable in no time. This will help to increase their confidence in the gym.
