The fitness equipment will help students build on their level of skill and health related fitness through a series of exercises that will ultimately help anyone become "Top Ninja." As any good ninja knows, having the right skills will allow you to become a better version of yourself. With the right training that expands on the skills of speed, power, your agility, coordination between the senses and movement, and most importantly your balance will allow any student to reach the ranks of "Top Ninja". The equipment will be used to develop fitness exercises in a circuit training format with multiple stations set around the space. Students will have the opportunity to engage in activities that are completely different from their norm, opening their perspective and hopefully creating inspiration. During the unit students will be tasked to record their results for the number of medicine ball drops for one minute before they become fatigued. The best scores for a specific activity (medicine ball drop)will be recorded and students will be ranked based on their score, and how they treat other ninja in class for example the top scorer with exceptional sportsmanship will be known as a "Jounin" which is elite in Japanese. This is only the beginning I also plan on having a ninja obstacle course, as well as games built around the concept of ninja training.
