I have the amazing opportunity to work with approximately 150 6th grade students, who come from middle to lower income families, who rarely get the chance to participate in outdoor non-traditional team sports. Moreover, they come from a very diverse range of home structures with single parent families, multiple-family homes, and foster, migrant, and military families. I want to provide them a place where they can run, play, and compete with one another and learn the importance of team work. This is one of the main purposes and goals of having an after school sports club for our students and you have the opportunity to help us out! We are in need of some outdoor play equipment. "What do you need, Mr. Kang?!" Well, I am so glad that you've asked! We need some foam dodgeballs, foxtails, frisbees, and some frisbee targets that will provide our students the opportunity to engage in some really fun non-traditional team sports. Can you help us out? With your donation, you will make a greater and wider impact upon our students, not only in sports, but in their worldview. They will realize and understand that there are good and generous people in the world that care about them. They will realize that there are good people, who want them to have a great time and have opportunities that are difficult for them pursue in life. Moreover, it will motivate them to their best on the field and, especially, off. Thank you so much for your support!
