My students will benefit from a well organized music classroom. With a structured environment and sufficient materials, they will be able to use supplies without having to share and be more engaged. Receiving the multicultural rhythm set and faces of people around the world will enhance my lessons, which I tailor for cultural responsiveness. Educators are frequently expected to do more with less, but knowing that my students will have the most basic of needs will alleviate stress and prevent me from reaching into my own pocket. These supplies will be used with my elementary and middle school students then preserved into storage containers for the future.
