The time spent in sorting and grading academic paper , school letters etc either takes away some learning time or add extra to a teacher's plate.Students and teacher can access assignments if they are sorted and organized . When classroom materials are easy to find and access it aids in student growth and learning. I intend to have important school ,PTA and upcoming classroom information shared with students in timely manner . Also grading the students work and having them to reach into their mailbox to reflect has a learning value. I would also love to put secret messages of encouragement for students.
