Many of my students are in need of adaptive learning skills and methods. We have so many different learning styles and sensory needs, it is almost overwhelming to think about. I am asking for as much help as possible in order to try and give my students the things they are going to need in order to be as successful as possible! It can be a challenge financially to get the things we need, but I hope that we can get some of it to help brighten up our students and the way they learn. In our classroom, we have many different stations, much of which require being seated to complete. The seating I have in my project is to help my learners focus in their own way. For my movers, the motion chairs should help them to be able to have that freedom to move without having to get up as much. Things such as the cushions will help my students be more comfortable both on the floor in whole group and in their chair. The vibrating cushion would be a help with some of my kiddos who may have a sensory need. As for the beads, bands, and stress balls, these also help with sensory needs that could help calm and fidget in a more productive way. Thank you in advance for those who choose to help us!
