My students need additional Chromebooks as most of our curriculum is fully online. In addition, they have to go on a district-wide program for reading and math daily in order to enhance their learning skills. The district requires them to utilize the program in class and at home but because we are very limited in classroom computers, my students are not able to access the program as often as they should which puts them at a disadvantage from other students. I am requesting two HP Chromebooks because my ESE classes are going to be much larger in August. With the extra Chromebooks, my students can use daily without any hassle. This Chromebooks will help make sure that my ESE students have access to district-wide online programs in order to achieve learning gains and excel in the classroom. I will be able to rotate the students on the laptops and they will be able to experience what it is like to use a laptop. These students deserve a fair chance at success and I am determined to make sure they get it.
