I like for my students to use whiteboards in all subject areas. It’s a great way to keep learning fun while still providing me with valuable information about each student. It helps me assess student mastery of a concept. I’m able to see which students know a skill and how quickly they can recall information that’s been taught. All of this valuable informal data is gathered while students are enjoying a new material/supply which always lends itself to engagement. My students will love having a set of whiteboards to give them a new way of showing me what they are learning!
