We want to build a hands-on and engaging classroom for our students to explore core STEM concepts and link them to real-life situations. Our students need an environment to build natural curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking skills in a fun and exciting way. Not only will they build collaboration and communication skills, but they will also learn to see failure as a form of information gathering and develop an understanding of how parts work together to create a whole. I want to create an environment that sparks interest in my GT students to creativity learn about science and engineering. Bringing in the real-world will give the students another outlet for creativity, conceptual thinking, and collaboration.
