Being a first-year teacher, I don't have all of the materials I need to make sure this classroom feels like a classroom! The materials I chose for my project will provide my students with the necessary tools to excel. I have many smaller items, that will be needed throughout the year, and some larger items like the easel which will be essential for morning meetings, and group work. I am in a self-contained, special education classroom, with 15 students. There will be many times where we will be doing rotations and I will need to gather a group of students in a special location. The easels make that possible for me to have one, as well as a TA I have in the room. Any donations are appreciated, and will help make an impact on student learning this year!
