Students are using more and more technology in the classroom. This technology includes Google Classroom, Lexia Core 5, Think Central, Mastery Connect, Prodigy and more. All of these programs help students learn in all academic areas, including literacy and language, math and science. Prodigy gives them math practice in a fun game-like setting. Lexia Core 5 helps them fill in gaps in their language arts learning. Mastery Connect allows them to take math and language arts assessments online, which offers immediate feedback. All this technology allows students to learn more in the classroom and at home and it saves paper. The Cyber Acoustic headphones I ordered will allow students to better access this technology. Each child has a Chromebook, but new headphones are needed.
