I am trying to set up a classroom that is both fun and exciting so that students will want to learn. If we can start kids out loving school they can carry that with them for the rest of their lives. A real love of learning can take a child, who comes from anywhere, and give them the tools to achieve all their dreams. These kids deserve more than I can give them alone on a teacher's salary. Specifically, I want to make sure they get the chance to do hands on projects like; building math models, creating their own books from their very own writings, and playing with hands on learning toys that will really engage them.
