My sixth-grade students are very inquisitive and they like to research the topics that we are studying in science. In addition, they like to work on their math goals in Khan Academy. With only three computers in the classroom, it makes it very difficult for every student to have access to the computer every day. Having tablets in the classroom, in addition to the existing computers, will allow for all small groups to use the internet for remediation and/or research every day. These tablets will go a long way in meeting the remediation and inquisitive needs of my students.
