The materials we are requesting will allow our students to work in a more comfortable environment. I teach Media Literacy, Photography and Video Production. My students are attempting to gain Visual Literacy for our increasingly visual world. The high temperature in my classroom today was 92 degrees. It was 85 degrees outside. There are no windows in my room. Students are too hot to be expected to focus. The majority of my students are creative and motivated individuals. The cooler will be used to reduce the classroom temperature to a reasonable level so they can work. Thank you for considering our project.
