My students need books for independent reading that are interesting and fun. They want to apply the reading strategies they learn to books that are relevant to their lives, and interesting! Reading should be magical. My students want to escape into a great story and lose themselves in the pages of amazing books. These new additions to our classroom library will allow my students, the access they need to great literature. They will be able to practice their reading on books, that they actually will want to read and enjoy reading. Reading should be magical and my students would love the chance to have this experience.
