The activity table will allow students to better engage in small learning groups with their teacher. When teaching the writing process, having those one-on-one conversations with students while sitting at the table will allow for better feedback. It allows the student to be comfortable with their mistakes and not be embarrassed. I find that students value this time because they are able to ask more questions and the focus is solely on their work. Their work can be nicely displayed throughout the classroom once it is laminated. Students also feel better when they see their work being displayed. It gives them a boost of confidence. This will prompt students to do their best at succeeding.
