I have several students who truly struggle with ADHD. Using alternative seating options with these Kids Kore Wobble Chairs will provide them with an outlet for restlessness and extra energy! In addition to benefiting my special needs students, all students will feel empowered by having some degree of choice and control over their environment. Flexible seating will allow my students to choose where they work and with whom. It also allows them to change their positions as needed. Children need to move, and flexible seating options will allow them to wobble, rock, or bounce, which increases oxygen flow to the brain, blood flow, and core strength! Flexible seating allows students to quickly and easily pair up, work in small groups, or discuss as a whole class. Flexible seating helps make learning fun. I feel that the benefits far outweigh any negatives. I really hope to see them grow in maturity and independence. I'm so excited to implement these options in our classroom and watch my students blossom!
