Most of the students in 1st grade love to learn through hands on activities, creative activities where they can use their imagination. Together with my students we can create projects or decorate our classroom with different themes using the cricut machine since we can create many many things with the help of this machine. Moreover, it will be very beneficial for my students because they are learning two languages at the same time so we can maki projects using both languages. My students are learning English/Russian and we faced to a problem that we do not have enough materials on the Russian language. With your help my students will be able to make projects in Russian language as well as in English. As an example, we can create the flash card or word bank on both languages and hang them on the board in the classroom, we can create memory games using two languages to help them learn English and Russian. I have different students; one can be proficient only in English and would like to learn Russian, and the other one can be the opposite. I strongly believe that this idea with cricut machine will help my students to achieve better results in both languages.
