The students are required to complete so many hours per week on the program in order to be successful The program meets them where they have deficits and adapts to the students' needs. Most kids are not motivated to do the work since they have already developed the preconceived notion that they have been unsuccessful in math. Many different incentives must be put in place so that each students work towards success. The drones will help motivate and help the students want to perform. At the end of the week those who have successfully fulfilled their required hours will earn time to fly the drones as a reward.
