This will create a peaceful and a harmonious mood when they are receiving instruction. Children spend most of their daylight hours in my class, and I want it to reflect a home within a home, or a sanctuary from their problems outside of the school walls. As a teacher, who has back-to-back lessons from 7:30 until dismissal, I desperately need to be organized and have my materials accessible at the scheduled times. Our school printer is used by many staff members, and as a result, is often jammed or busy. I would need to be able to print a document, scan it to my computer, and then upload for the students as their assignments. Furthermore, these materials will allow my class to function better, as we desperately need soft lights for harmony & functionality. And I am creating a warm & cozy reading corner, which is uncluttered, yet appealing for students to gravitate towards.
