Home is a place many of us go to unwind and regroup at the end of a busy and stressful day. But for middle school students, sometimes they need that opportunity during the day. This area of the classroom will be an area where they can do just that. This area will help students regain control over their emotions and will reduce disruptions in and out of the classroom. It will give them a safe and comfortable place to regroup while remaining in the safety of the classroom. There will be more comfortable places to sit with storage for items to aide in mindfulness.
