This year my dream is to use my students different learning styles to support their academic growth by allowing them to participate in learning stations. Learning stations will provide students a fun way to practice and extend their learning. My students will use the headphones to listen to picture books filled with amazing stories and rich vocabulary. Through the Writing Station students will become authors and illustrators as they create their own books and write about what they learn in the books they read. Lastly, audio recording stations will help students record their work in digital devices and publish their work to share with a larger audience beyond our classroom. I am looking forward to experiencing the joy of looking at the wonderful things my first graders will create in an environment where their strengths are valued and used to support their learning.
