I work with students with a variety of disabilities and needs. Many of them have the need to move around in a chair or while standing in order to focus and learn best. The Hokki stool has a rounded base that allows students the ability to rock from side to side, giving them proprioceptive input needed to feed energy to their brains. These stools provide flexible seating potions within my classroom environment. By having access to these stools, my students will have choices to support how they learn best, movement for brain activation, and more options for learning at their level allowing reading and math to be more accessible!
