I'm a first year teacher and with that my library is growing slowly but surely. Every child deserves the opportunity to grab a book and be able to see themselves reflected in it. My students are constantly asking me if they can read after they finish their work and the options I can provide out of pocket are limited. I hope to provide books to my students that represent them and are relevant to their lives. I'm a strong believer that when students are given relevant content they will automatically invest themselves. Thank you so much for supporting our students and their learning.
