I am proud to be a second grade teacher in Clarkston, Michigan! There is never a dull moment teaching second grade! It is a year full of excitement, adventure, growth, and wonder. My students come from a wide range of social, economic, and cultural backgrounds. Many of my students have had to overcome very difficult situations in their home lives. I am constantly amazed by their strength and resilience! It is my hope that by providing a safe, loving, structured, and inclusive classroom experience, I will help give my students the tools they need to succeed and grow socially, emotionally, and academically!
