In order for kids to stay healthy, they need the right amount of sleep, diet, and exercise. Kids are happier when they are able to move. I want to give my kids objects they can use both when they meet with me during their PE blocks but also, so they can use them independently to stay active on their own. Help me give 500 students jump ropes and bean bags, so they have more fun when they move. Kids that don’t move regularly have a harder time concentrating. My hope is that having their own objects will make them want to move more on their own.
