They will converse, partner talk, practice lessons chorally and with white boards. Students make friends and support each other. Community is built on a classroom carpet. This magic carpet will provide a place for conversation, explanation, challenge and growth! The carpet will help build community by comfortably gathering kids together. It will also colorfully separate students into groups for projects and class management. Each student will have a safe space of their own. Classroom carpets are much more than a rug. They are magical!
