Kids could use these cycles in stations to ensure they are getting both an upper and lower body workout! They could use these every day along with doing regular physical education activities. The equipment will ensure they are getting a total workout while in school, so after school they can concentrate on doing homework and preparing for tests. A lot of students have extra curricular activities or work after school. Kids who would like to go to the gym and can't because of prior obligations would then have opportunities available during the school day. These cycles will enhance what is already being done at school, and it also is encouraging lifetime activities!
