For kinesthetic learners, these chairs can be the difference between producing just okay work and soaring to your personal best because your body is fully engaged. With new chairs, my classroom will offer a quieter workspace. We will not have banging noises from the rocking of off balance chairs or the distraction of hair and clothing caught between loose plastic and the metal parts. Additionally, the yoga balls will offer my students the opportunity for appropriate, controlled movement during their seat work. They allow us to channel our physical energy appropriately while still keeping our minds and hands engaged in our schoolwork.
