When students can sit in a comfortable, spacious, colorful and clean space, they are more likely to be engaged with out any distractions. They will not feel comfortable sitting on a chair that is too big for them, or a floor that is too cold. This colorful, rug with squares will allow students to have his/her own designated spot to learn. I know that this product will make a huge difference in the way that my students learn and the way that I teach! In music class children come into the room and sit, we then begin our welcome song. It sets the tone for our lesson to come. After this we listen to music, sing, dance and play instruments. The carpet is always a place for students to come back to re-focus for the next activity.
