About my class

The Bosu ball will be used to teach balance skills to the elementary students. I will use it for fitness stations for my middle and high school students. Bosu balls are commonly in gym settings and I want my students to know various ways to use them if they get a gym membership as adults. The Rhino Lite Cage Ball would allow my students to play the cooperative activity, Kin Ball. During this activity ,teammates would work to gain control of the ball before touching the ground and then strategize where they should hit the ball in order to make it a tough save for the other team. The mesh Pinnies would allow students to better visualize who is on their team during this activity. This activity would help my students value each person on their team and allow them to see how powerful teamwork can truly be.
