How do you keep active first graders “actively” engaged in their learning? Well, I have learned through the years that you embrace those wiggles just as much as you do the differences in each one of your students. In a world that is constantly moving and changing how can we possibly keep our students still or better yet, why would we? These flexible seating materials will help support my style of teaching through small group stations of problem-solving, creating, exploration, and everything that encompasses a student-centered approach to learning. Children love to be given independence and the ability to choose and these new seating options will help me provide a classroom environment that encourages both!
