I like to allow students the opportunity to relearn and demonstrate mastery on standards that they have not done well on. The way we do it is rather spontaneous. (We do not have school printers in our classroom.) I cannot leave the classroom or wait a day to print a copy or two of a couple of reassessments at the moment so I use a personal printer in my classroom. (I bought 10 cartridges last year.) The students like the immediacy of being able to do this. I need to be able to edit and immediately, at the moment, print alternative versions of my standards based quizzes to immediately retest a student.
