Attending an arts magnet program, like the one here at Mann, means providing students with hands-on opportunities related to the arts that they may not get elsewhere. We are very much in need of lighting equipment to bring a more prestigious (and technology-oriented) level of design that we are missing. We have previously been working with gels and a desk lamp, but it does not light up the performance space in a way that is acceptable for a presentation. In order for students to fully demonstrate an understanding of lighting design, they need equipment. Help light up their projects and their smiles with a donation to this project!
