With the flexible seating students will be able to work in comfort. They can move around the room and have more space and privacy to work independently or have the flexibility to have a discussion with a group. These flexible seating options will be used on a daily basis for students to complete their work around the room in areas they are more comfortable in. Flexible seating will encourage student communication by creating a welcoming and non-threatening environment for class participation. They will be able to lead and contribute to book studies and discussion in ways that normal classroom desks and tables do not allow.
