Having solid procedures in my classroom will allow for the most learning to occur. I establish many procedures to keep the day running smoothly. One procedure will be to sharpen pencils. It will be great to have a heavy-duty sharpener that will last for years to come. Being a successful reader is the biggest reward for my students' hard work! I also like to have my students set goals and encourage them with fun incentives. This is how we will use the super fun treasure box toys and gadgets! This is especially motivating for our younger readers and lots of fun!
