These materials will help my speech students learn the necessary language and speech skills needed to be successful in their classrooms. My students struggle to participate in the classroom because of their decreased language and speech skills. I aim to increase their abilities and confidence. These materials will be used in therapy to help my students learn important language concepts and increase their intelligibility. SAISD does not provide the SLPs with a stipend to purchase materials for our speech offices. At this moment the speech room at ALA does not have any speech materials for me to utilize in therapy with my students. I have been relying on worksheets and online games.
