These 4 iPads will help in the 4 ELL classrooms we have in our ELL academy now. There is a para-professional in each class and there are times during whole group instruction and small groups that the para can make a connection with the language learners whether it be a visual, definition, example, and or translation right there at the moment so connection and understanding can be made. Many of these students a quick check for understanding will help them feel less stress and pressure. For examples when we are doing our vocabulary at the beginning of the lessons there are opportunities to help students make connections.
