The pandemic has caused tremendous stress in schools, among students and staff. Students haven't had a normal school year for two years, with online or hybrid learning, which has put many behind in building social skills and emotional management. Additionally, students having been out of the classroom for so long has resulted in some students forgetting how to manage conflict with peers, or how to behave respectfully in class. This project will help students relearn the skills they have lost, as well as help them decrease the amount of stress levels they are experiencing.

About my class
