I want my curious 3rd graders to get lost in the world of literature. I want books that represent their everyday worlds and that they can make a genuine connection to. Reading takes you on the greatest adventures! I am a founding 3rd Grade ELA teacher teaching in the Anacostia area of DC. I and the rest of my 3rd-grade team are starting a brand new library for 3rd graders in a turn around the school.
