This is my second year teaching fourth grade and my classroom library is feeling very sad. Books are very expensive and as a new teacher, there are a lot of classroom purchases that need to be made. My classroom library is currently very small and full of older, worn, and torn books. I would love to give my students the books they deserve and really help them fall in love with reading! By giving me an updated library my students will have access to books they’ve never read before, they will challenge themselves, and grow their reading skills. I would feel so proud if I could instill the same love I have for reading into my students.
