My students have never lived in a world without technology. They are actively engaged any time technology is used in our classroom. The addition of a Chromebook to our learning centers will allow my students to practice letters, letter sounds, numbers, and math facts while playing on this Chromebook. They will also begin typing lessons to ensure that they are prepared for the implementation of computerized testing in their futures. This Chromebook will also allow my students to access our Wonders reading curriculum. They can practice reading and oral language skills individually or with a partner. These activities will assist my students in becoming self-sufficient learners, which will prepare them for the technological advancement of our world.
