The use of technology is a daily activity in my classroom. We have a SmartBoard and four classroom computers. We spend a great deal of time reading in my room from my classroom library. A tablet Fire will give more of my students the freedom to access the “Big Universe” library during the day. This will give them access to a tremendous amount of books. This will also allow my students to read around the room with book buddies and reading partners. I have a diverse group of students and this will accommodate many of their needs including my auditory learners.
