My students will use the poster board, markers, pens, pencils, and colored pencils to create posters that focus on what it takes to survive adversities in our lives. Because my students have all violated Ed Code, this project will help them develop proper replacement strategies so that they can make better choices. They will draw a Symbolic Graphic that addresses surviving injustice or difficulties using love, hope, and courage. The graphic must be original artwork and colors will be meaningful. Around the graphic will be quotes relating to the theme that they have gathered.
