Helping my students understand there is so much more to learning than just working in a book is a goal I have set. The interactive books that I have requested, will help my students actually become a part of their assignments by using hands on learning. These books offer assignments that you copy and students have to paste them in their own interactive notebook. Students are given instructions on different task that they must complete to make sure the assignment turns out correct. The STEM boxes I want to use in my centers and help students learn about building things and problem solving. I want my students to experience the fun with STEM projects. Many of my students like to sit on the rug and work so I feel the lap desk can help them. Now, they will be able to sit with their book and have somewhere to press and write.
