So re-imagine your middle school math classroom...no more rows, no more teacher at the front lecturing, no more boring worksheets! I get to sit with students, lead them to the math with quality questioning, provide inquiry and AHA! moments, build their confidence, and show them that anybody can do math! I provide high level learning tasks that are collaborated and shared by the students. They practice and learn the math through multiple intelligences and learning styles. I want to provide them with the supplies they need to be successful in my classroom ... a notebook and pencil. I will provide the experience! The stations provide direct instruction, hands-on learning, technology based, collaboration, manipulatives, and projects. The seating I have included in this list will provide some optional seating options.
