If you would've told me in September, that I'd be teaching K1 (PRE-K) online, I would not have believed you. If you would have told me that my technology would begin to stop working and running out of memory I wouldn't have believed you either. A video camera would allow me to continue to record read-alouds and math lessons for kids who cannot attend live Zoom calls due to work schedules/technology issues. I am determined to teach ALL of my kids, and in order to do that I need a working camera to continue to provide them with access to an education they deserve. The books will help support our current seed project that will be ongoing until the end of the school year. I do not believe that our home situations should impact what we are and are not able to access when it comes to remote learning. Posting pre-recorded lessons/read-alouds allow my kids to learn on their own schedule when they can't make it online in time.
