My students this year are excited to learn, and always give their best effort. Unfortunately, due to distance learning, many students are unable to read because they don’t know their letter sounds, or are unable to blend those sounds. I believe with the fun literacy games and books that I’ve requested, my students can learn and grow, and become fluent readers. The students will use the literacy games to reinforce their phonemic awareness and practice spelling CVC words in a fun and stress-free way. They can practice making words and sentences with the games as well. They will also boost their listening comprehension with the books that I've requested. The standards addressed with these games and supplies are ELA-LITERACY.RF.2.3.1 and ELA-LITERACY.RF.2.4
